The present invention is a sheet-like cosmetic produced by impregnating a non-woven fabric with a cosmetic Comprising (A) 4 -methoxysalicyiic acid or a salt thereof and (B) a water soluble polysaccharide. It also provides a sheet-like cosmetic that additionally comprises (C) an oil component, (D) an a 1ky1-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, (E) a water soluble polymer other than said (B) and (D), and (F) hydroxy1amine or a derivative thereof. The object of the Present invention is to improve the texture upon use, such as the stickiness and the friction, of a sheet-like cosmetic produced by impregnating a non-woven fabric with a cosmetic comprising 4 -methoxysalicyiic acid or a salt thereof.
