PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing device in which, even when the exit pupil position of an objective optical system is off the central axis of an image-capturing element, the unevenness in brightness that occurs in the image obtained by the image-capturing element is suppressed.SOLUTION: The image-capturing device has a first optical path forming optical system OP1 and a second optical path forming optical system OP2, and an image-capturing element 21 disposed at the image formation position of the first optical path forming optical system OP1 and second optical path forming optical system OP2, the exit pupil positions EPP of the first optical path forming optical system OP1 and second optical path forming optical system OP2 being set to positions that are mutually eccentric to the central axis C of the image-capturing element 21.
