A bacterial macromolecular complex produced by bacteria belonging to the Bifidobacterium longum strain deposited according to the treaty of Budapest under number CNCM I-3994 with the Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes (CNCM) [National Collection of Microorganism Cultures], consisting of chains combining a lipoprotein and an oligosaccharide, wherein: the lipoprotein has a molecular weight of from 30 kDa to 60 kDa； the oligosaccharide has a molecular weight of less than 15 kDa, and preferably less than 10 kDa； the lipoprotein component, which consists of all the lipoproteins of each of the chains, represents from 75 to 99%, preferentially from 80 to 98%, more preferentially from 85 to 95% by weight of the total weight of the complex, and the oligosaccharide component, which consists of all the oligosaccharides combined with each of the chains, represents from 1 to 25%.La présente invention porte sur un complexe macromoléculaire bactérien produit par des bactéries appartenant à la souche Bifidobacterium longum déposée selon le traité de Budapest sous le numéro CNCM I-3994 auprès de la Collection Nationale de Cultures de Microorganismes (CNCM), constitué de chaînes associant une lipoprotéine et un oligosaccharide caractérisé par le fait que : la lipoprotéine présente une masse moléculaire de 30kDa à 60kDa； l'oligosaccharide présente une masse moléculaire inférieure à 15kDa, et de manière préférée inférieure à 10kDa； la partie lipoprotéique qui est constituée de l'ensemble des lipoprotéines de chacune des chaînes représente 75 à 99 %, préférentiellement de 80 à 98 %, plus préférentiellement de 85 à 95 % en poids de la masse totale du complexe et la partie oligosaccharidique qui est constituée par l'ensemble des oligosaccharides liée à chacune des chaînes représente 1 à 25 %, préférentiellement de 2 à 20 %, et plus préférentiellement de 5 à 15 % de la masse totale du complexe.
