PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning liquid for soaking meat for grilling excellent in storage stability, in which raw meat for grilling is soaked in a short time, so that a soft grilled meat with rich meat juice can be obtained with the meat not being stiffened after grill cooking.SOLUTION: A soy sauce koji-containing, heat sterilized seasoning liquid for meat for grilling contains rice koji and soy sauce, or soy sauce koji made of fermentation of rice koji blended with water.
