Compounds of Formula (I), known as asymmetric ureas, are useful for preventing and/or treating diseases that are pathophysiologic ally related to the ghrelin receptor in a subject. Method of treating a disease that is mediated by the ghrelin receptor, comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or adduct thereof. Pharmaceutical compositions for preventing and/or treating diseases which are pathophysiologically related to ghrelin receptor in a subject, comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or adduct thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
