PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing line guide body which prevents a fishing line from being caught when the fishing line is wound around a spool.SOLUTION: A fishing reel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a spool supported rotatably between a left side plate and a right side plate of a reel body； and a fishing line guide body including a first portion in which a first through hole for guiding a fishing line wound around the spool is formed, and a second portion in which a second through hole, which is wider than the first through hole in a lateral direction and continuous to the first through hole, is formed.
