The present invention relates to a mask pack set and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention includes: a mask pack sheet impregnated with a predetermined ratio of essence liquid and attached to a users face； a rod-shaped member around which the mask pack sheet is wound； a rotary knob formed at one end of the rod-shaped member so that the user can turn the rod-shaped member； a deviation prevention member coupled with a coupling hole so that the sheet wound around the rod-shaped member does not deviate, the coupling hole being formed in a central axial direction at the other end of the rod-shaped member； a deviation prevention step formed at a boundary part of the mask pack sheet wound around the rod-shaped member and the rotary knob； and a hollow packaging sleeve packaging the wound sheet and coupled with the deviation prevention member and the deviation prevention step on both side surfaces. In a case where a mask pack is used, an upper portion of the sheet is attached to an upper part of the face and the rod-shaped member is turned with the rotary knob of the rod-shaped member held.
