The present invention relates to a cultivation method of horseradish with enhanced antioxidant content, which comprises the steps of: collecting apical meristem of the horseradish； inducing shoots by liquid culture of the apical meristem collected； purifying the horseradish cultured in the cabin on top soil； purifying a horseradish culture using the top soil, hydroponic cultivated, wherein a light source in the hydroponic cultivation conditions is irradiated for 16-20 hours under white light of LED or a fluorescent lamp, and the temperature of the medium is maintained at 8-15°C.본 발명은 고추냉이의 정단분열조직을 채취하는 단계； 채취된 정단분열조직을 액체배양하여 신초를 유도하는 단계； 기내에서 배양된 고추냉이를 상토에서 순화하는 단계； 상기 상토를 이용한 고추냉이 배양체를 순화한 후 수경재배하되, 수경재배조건으로 광원은 LED 또는 형광등의 백색광하에 1일 16-20시간 조사하고, 배지의 온도는 8~15℃를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화물질의 함량이 증진된 고추냉이의 배양방법을 제공한다.
