An osteosynthesis plate (10) suitable for the fixation of fractures of the distal fibula / lateral malleolus includes a twisted distal portion (21) and a proximal portion (22) with a constant orientation that is perfectly congruent with the actual geometry of the distal fibula and it can be positioned with a rear orientation in the distal region. An osteosynthesis plate according to the invention favours, among other things, the restoration of the length and bone rotation and the peroneal-talar joint congruence, decreases tissue sufferance and facilitates the positioning of syndesmosis screws.La présente invention concerne une plaque dosthéosynthèse (10) conçue pour fixer des fractures du péroné distal/de la malléole externe. Elle comprend une partie distale vrillée (21) et une partie proximale (22) ayant une orientation constante qui est parfaitement en accord avec la géométrie réelle du péroné distal, et peut être placée selon une orientation arrière dans la région distale. Une plaque dosthéosynthèse selon linvention favorise, entre autres, la restauration de la longueur et de la rotation de los ainsi que le bon alignement de larticulation péronéo-astragalienne, diminue la lassitude des tissus et facilite le placement de vis de syndesmose.
