PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal prosthesis for fixing the knee joint which can be stably fixed while the knee is extended, can hold the turning angle while the tibia is folded against the femur and can be adjusted.SOLUTION: A femur member 2 having a femur shaft 5 connected to a distal end of the femur and a tibia member 3 having a tibia shaft 6 connected to a proximal end of the tibia are provided. The femur member 2 is formed with a femur side connection part 7 and the tibia member 3 is formed with a tibia side connection part 8. The connection parts 7, 8 are connected so that they can relatively rotate around a prosthesis pivot. Furthermore, a latch means having a lock position for locking the rotation of the femur member 2 and the tibia member 3 and a release position for enabling the rotation is provided. The latch means can be kept on the lock position with a retention reset means and can be moved from the lock position to the release position with the lock release mechanism against the retention power of the retention reset means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】膝を伸ばした状態で安定して固定でき、大腿骨に対して脛骨を曲げた状態の旋回角度を保持可能でかつ調整可能である膝関節固定用内部人工補装具を提供する。【解決手段】大腿骨の遠位端に接続される大腿骨シャフト５を有する大腿骨部材２と、脛骨の近位端に接続される脛骨シャフト６を有する脛骨部材３とを備える。大腿骨部材２に大腿骨側連結部７を設け、脛骨部材３に脛骨側連結部８を設ける。これら連結部７，８は、人工補装具旋回軸を中心に相対的に旋回可能に連結されている。また、大腿骨部材２と脛骨部材３との旋回をロックするロック位置と、旋回可能な解除位置とを有するラッチ手段を設ける。ラッチ手段は、保持リセット手段によって、ロック位置にて保持可能であるとともに、ロック解除機構によって、保持リセット手段の保持力に抗してロック位置から解除位置へ移動可能である。【選択図】図１
