PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension type article to be worn in which discomfort odor derived from excrement in performing exchange work, is reduced.SOLUTION: An extension type article 1 to be worn comprises: an abdominal side part 1F arranged on an abdominal side of a wearer； a back side part 1R arranged on a back side； and a crotch part 1M arranged therebetween, and further comprises fastening tapes 7 each of which is arranged on each of both side edge parts along a vertical direction X of the back side part 1R. An attachment area to which an attachment part 70 of the fastening tape 7 can be attached, is provided on a non-skin facing surface of the abdominal side part 1F.
