The invention is in the field of outer membrane vesicles (OMV) and their uses. More particularly the present invention provides OMV obtained from a bacterium being an ompA mutant and/or a mutant in one or more components of the Tol-Pal complex (TolR, TolA, TolB, Pal and/or TolQ) and presenting a heterologous antigen on its surface. The heterologous antigen is selected from the group consisting of Chlamydia trachomatis CT823, CT681, CT372, CT443, CT043, CT733, CT279, CT601 and CT153 for the treatment, prevention or diagnosis of Chlamydia infection.La présente invention concerne le domaine des vésicules membranaires (OMV) et leurs utilisations. La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement les vésicules membranaires obtenues à partir une bactérie qui est un mutant ompA et/ou un mutant dans un ou plusieurs composants du complexe Tol-Pal et qui présente un antigène hétérologue sur sa surface. L'antigène hétérologue est choisi dans le groupe constitué par Chlamydia trachomatis CT823, CT681, CT372, CT443, CT043, CT733, CT279, CT601 et CT153 pour le traitement, la prévention ou le diagnostic d'une infection à Chlamydia.
