The present invention relates to a catheter system for preventing bodily fluid leakage. The catheter system comprises: a catheter which is inserted into a body cavity and comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet a fluid feeding unit which is configured to feed incoming fluids to the body cavity through the fluid inlet a fluid recovering unit which is configured to receive outgoing fluids discharged through the fluid outlet from the body cavity and a control unit which performs a control of increasing an inflow pressure when bodily fluids are determined to be discharged from the body cavity. The catheter (10) system for preventing bodily fluid leakage as described above can detect leakage of bodily fluids can increase a pressure of incoming fluids to prevent the leakage, and thus can prevent an excessive leakage of bodily fluids, and by feeding incoming fluids within a fixed limit, can prevent an excessive inflow of fluids into the body.
