The blood pressure measurement method comprises: acquiring at least one video of a first body area and a second body area of a test subject, wherein each of the at least one video comprises a plurality of images extracting multiple grayscale values of a corresponding image containing the first body area and multiple grayscale values of a corresponding image containing the second body area from the images of the at least one video plotting a pulse waveform of the first body area according to the multiple grayscale values of the corresponding image of the first body area, and plotting a pulse waveform of the second body area according to the multiple grayscale values of the corresponding image of the second body area determining a propagation time of the pulse wave according to the pulse waveform of the first body area and the pulse waveform of the second body area and acquiring a blood pressure of the test subject according to a corresponding relationship between the propagation time of the pulse wave and the blood pressure.
