The present invention comprises: a housing which consists of a first body and a second body, the first body being provided so as to be inclined with respect to the ground through a support and having a pair of chaff discharge ports formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower side thereof so as to be spaced at a certain distance from each other in the lengthwise direction； a drum which is rotatably installed on the inside of the first body, and has a plurality of blades coupled to the inner surface thereof, the plurality of blades allowing coffee beans supplied to the inside to be moved to the upper section of the housing through a spiral motion； a lid which is detachably coupled to the end of the opposite side of the first body to the side where the second body is positioned, and into the inner surface of which the coffee beans, which have left the drum by means of the plurality of blades, collide； a driving motor which has one end thereof coupled to one side surface of the second body and the other end thereof coupled to the end of the drum, and which provides a rotational force to the drum； and a plurality of fixed shafts which are provided along the circumference of the drum in such a manner that the fixed shafts each have a central part of the lengthwise direction coupled through a support plate provided at a predetermined position of the outer circumferential surface of the drum, and have each end thereof coupled to the second body and the end of the first body to which the lid is coupled, wherein a chaff discharge hole is formed at each end of the drum so as to allow chaff separated from the coffee beans by the lid to be discharged from the drum and collected in the pair of chaff discharge ports.La présente invention concerne un torréfacteur à café.
