PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy device which is small-sized and light-weight and has a small number of components.SOLUTION: A particle beam therapy device 10 according to an embodiment comprises a particle beam guiding device 13 in which a therapy space 21 is formed, which is supported rotatably around a first rotary shaft 34 and which guides particle beams from a particle source 11 to an irradiation part 20 in the therapy space 21.
