A portable optical measuring apparatus and a measuring system comprising the same are disclosed. The portable optical measuring apparatus is adapted to use with a portable electronic device. The portable electronic device comprises a processing unit and a display module. The portable optical measuring apparatus comprises a light source, a light sensor, and a detecting unit. The light sensor is electrically connected with the measuring element. The light source emits a light to a to-be-detect area. The light sensor senses an optical signal reflected by the to-be-detect area exposed to the light and transmits a sensing signal to the detecting unit. After receiving the sensing signal, the detecting unit will send a detecting signal accordingly. Thereby, the processing unit will control the display module to display the detection information in accordance with the detecting signal.本發明揭露一種可攜式光學量測裝置及量測系統。可攜式光學量測裝置係與可攜式電子裝置搭配使用，可攜式電子裝置包含顯示模組與處理單元，顯示模組與處理單元電性連接。可攜式光學量測裝置包括：一光源、一光感應單元以及一量測單元，光感應單元與量測單元電性連接。其中，光源發出一光線照射一待測區域，光感應單元接收待測區域被光線照射所反射之一光訊號後傳送感應訊號至量測單元，量測單元接收感應訊號後據此送出量測訊號，藉此處理單元使顯示模組顯示量測資訊。
