PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there may be danger of sudden start caused by sudden power transmission, when a brake is released after stopping an electric motor by pedaling a brake pedal.SOLUTION: There is provided an automatic speed-increasing means 72 for slowly increasing the output of an electric motor 37 to a predetermined traveling speed by a speed change lever, when a brake is operated from an on-state to an off-state in a state in which the speed change lever is at a traveling position and in a state for allowing a planting operation.
