PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head support tool that reduces the strain on a face.SOLUTION: A head support tool 10 comprises: a base layer 12 that is made of a semi-rigid or soft foam a surface layer 14 that is made of a soft foam more flexible than this base layer 12, is provided so as to be overlapped on the upper side of the base layer 12 and forms a surface contacting a face and a buffer layer that is provided between the base layer 12 and the surface layer 14, is more flexible than the base layer 12 and harder than the surface layer 14, and is made of a soft foam having impact resilience lower than that of the base layer 12 and the surface layer 14.
