the present invention relates to a vaccine composition for herpes zoster, which comprises glycoprotein and varicella zoster virus, a glycopyranosyl lipid adjuvant and a metabolic oil, and selectively enhances a cell-mediated immune reaction without having the disadvantages of live attenuated vaccines, thus exhibiting high safety and a high preventive effect against herpes zoster.a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de vacina para o herpes zóster, a qual compreende a glicoproteína e do vírus varicella zóster, um adjuvante lipídico de glicopiranosila e um óleo metabólico, e aumenta seletivamente uma reação imune mediada por células sem ter as desvantagens das vacinas vivas atenuadas, exibindo assim alta segurança e um alto efeito preventivo contra o herpes zóster.
