PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing aqueous suspension-form agrichemical composition hardly causing separation of a solid phase or generation of a hard cake under storage conditions of preparation.SOLUTION: This aqueous suspension-form agrichemicals include a sparingly water-soluble agrichemical-active compound solid at 25°C, a sugar fatty acid ester, an anionic surfactant, montmorillonite-based mineral microparticles, a water-soluble polymer dispersant and water (provided that an aqueous suspension-form agrichemical composition containing an effective component amount of pyraclonil is excluded).
