PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sterilization module, in which both sterilization performance in flowing water and bacteriostatic performance in still water are achieved.SOLUTION: The fluid sterilization module 1 comprises: an inner cylinder 21 forming a cylindrical processing flow path 21d extending in the longitudinal direction; an inflow side rectification chamber 26 communicating with the processing flow path 21d through an opening on one end side of the inner cylinder 21; an inflow part 4 for flowing an object into the inflow side rectification chamber 26; an outflow part 5 for flowing out the object that has passed through the processing flow path 21d from the other end side of the inner cylinder 21; and a light-emitting element 34a provided facing the opening on the other end side of the inner cylinder 21 and irradiating ultraviolet light along the longitudinal direction toward the object passing through the processing flow path 21d, and in which the inner cylinder 21 is made of an ultraviolet reflective material having a diffuse transmittance of 1%/1 mm or more and 20%/1 mm or less and having the total reflectance in the ultraviolet region of 80%/1 mm or more and 99%/1 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】流水時の殺菌性能と静水時の制菌性能との両立を図る。【解決手段】流体殺菌モジュール1は、長手方向に延びる筒状の処理流路21dを形成する内筒21と、内筒21の一端側の開口部を介して処理流路21dと連通する流入側整流室26と、流入側整流室26に対象物を流入する流入部4と、処理流路21dを通過した対象物を内筒21の他端側から流出させる流出部5と、内筒21の他端側の開口部に面して設けられ、処理流路21dを通過する対象物に向けて長手方向に沿って紫外光を照射する発光素子34aと、を備え、内筒21が、拡散透過率が1%/1mm以上20%/1mm以下であり、且つ紫外線領域における全反射率が80%/1mm以上99%/1mm以下である紫外線反射性材料で形成されている。【選択図】図2
