The present invention relates to an allomyrinasin-1 peptide derived from beetle larvae and an antimicrobial, antifungal, or anti-inflammatory composition including the same as an active ingredient. The allomyrinasin-1 peptide of the present invention can be easily used as a therapeutic agent for various inflammatory diseases by having antimicrobial and antifungal effects against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli 0-157, Candida albicans and so on and being effective in inhibiting the secretion of NO and inhibiting the expression of IL-6, IL-1β, iNOS, COX-2, etc. The peptide is represented by a sequence number AAVTRRILCWFA-NH2 synthesized from genes of antibacterial, antifungal, or anti-inflammatory peptides isolated from beetle larvae.본 발명은 장수풍뎅이 유충에서 유래한 알로미리나신-1 펩타이드, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항균, 항진균 또는 항염증용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알로미리나신-1 펩타이드는 스태필로코쿠스 아우레우스(), 대장균 0-157(0-157), 캔디다 알비칸스() 등에 대한 항균 또는 항진균 효과가 우수하며, NO 분비를 억제하고 IL-6, IL-1β, iNOS, COX-2 등의 발현을 억제하는 효능이 있어, 각종 염증질환의 치료제로서 용이하게 이용될 수 있다.
