The present invention relates to grafting tongs, and more preferably, to grafting thongs used in grafting to cut a bud or a stem of a plant, and attach the cut bud or stem to a plant having different roots to make the cut bud or stem integrated in one body. According to the present invention, the grafting tongs are light weighted, and at the same time, are made of eco-friendly synthetic resin. The grafting gongs pick up and hold a grafting part by pressing force applied to a pair of grip parts by spring force of a zigzag elastic support bar, which is integrally coupled to each other between handle parts. Thus, the grafting tongs easily support the grafting portion of a plant, and at the same time, prevent soil from being polluted even through the grafting tongs are not recollected after use because the grafting tongs do not employ a metal spring.
