According to the present invention, the heat reserving mat using warm water, combined with the humidifier, includes: a mat heated as a hose for circulation of the warm water is arranged and installed inside； an evaporation chamber connected to the hose of the mat in a circulation type and installed to input a natural perfume matter to an upper layer, wherein the evaporation chamber emits the natural perfume using steam evaporated to the outside； a warm water supplier divided into a water supply chamber for obtaining make-up water, wherein the warm water supplier has a structure of a circulating water supply container divided into a hot-water supply chamber heating the cold water returned by being circulated from the mat using a heater in a lower layer of the water supply chamber and supplying the heated water to the mat again； and a container blowout unit installed in an elastic structure at an upper end of the evaporation chamber and injecting and supplying the natural perfume matter to the evaporation chamber by controlling drawing.
