PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator capable of not only measuring accurately oxygen concentration but also attempting to perform miniaturization and weight reduction.SOLUTION: The oxygen concentrator of a respiration syntonic type includes: an air intake part an air compressing part a PSA part an oxygen storing part an oxygen supplying part and an oxygen concentration detecting part. In the oxygen concentrator, in a period when a high concentration oxygen is not discharged from the oxygen supplying part, generation of the high concentration oxygen in the PSA part is temporarily stopped, to hold the pressure in the oxygen storing part constant (by the PSA controlling part).
