The subject of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition comprising hydroxyurea, in the context of the treatment of severe chronic anemia in a patient suffering from sickle cell anemia, and not already undergoing treatment with hydroxyurea. La présente invention a pour objet une composition pharmaceutique comprenant de l’hydroxyurée, dans le cadre du traitement de l’anémie chronique sévère chez un patient souffrant de drépanocytose, et non déjà pris en charge par un traitement en cours à l’hydroxyurée.
