The present invention relates to antibodies or fragments thereof that specifically bind FcϜRIIB, particularly human FcϜRIIB, with greater affinity than said antibodies or fragments thereof bind FcϜRIIA, particularly human FcϜRIIA. The invention provides methods of enhancing the therapeutic effect of therapeutic antibodies by administering the antibodies of the invention to enhance the effector function of the therapeutic antibodies. The invention also provides methods of enhancing efficacy of a vaccine composition by administering the antibodies of the invention.La présente invention porte sur des anticorps ou des fragments danticorps qui se lient spécifiquement au récepteur FcηRIIB, en particulier au récepteur FcηRIIB humain, avec une affinité plus grande que celle avec laquelle ces anticorps ou ces fragments danticorps se lient au récepteur FcηRIIA, en particulier au récepteur FcηRIIA humain.
