The present invention relates to an aerosol generating device for a portable gasification inhalator and a portable gasification inhalator including the same, capable of receiving power through a switching unit, which is automatically operated by inhaling force applied by a user through a mouthpiece, and enabling the user to inhale a predetermined amount of gasified chemicals containing beneficial components for a human body. According to the present invention, the aerosol generating device includes: a cartridge storing chemicals airtightly, and including an inlet formed at an end to discharge the chemicals； an aerosol generating part including a gasification chamber connected to the inlet, and a gasification unit installed in the chamber to gasify a predetermined amount of the chemicals supplied from the cartridge； a shutter installed on the inlet to be able to be slid to open or close the inlet； a shutter operating unit sliding the shutter by using power applied from the outside； and a chemical pressing unit installed in the cartridge to press the chemicals towards the inlet.본 발명은 사용자가 마우스피스를 통해 흡입력을 가하면 흡입력에 의해 스위칭유닛이 자동으로 동작하여 전원이 인가되고, 인체에 유익한 성분을 갖는 약제가 일정량씩 기화되어 사용자에게 흡입될 수 있도록 한 휴대형 기화 흡입기의 에어로졸 발생장치 및 이를 갖는 휴대형 기화 흡입기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 휴대형 기화 흡입기의 에어로졸 발생장치는, 약제가 밀폐되게 수용되며, 일단부에 약제가 배출되는 주입구가 형성되어 있는 카트리지와； 상기 주입구와 연통되는 기화챔버와, 상기 기화챔버에 설치되어 상기 카트리지로부터 일정량씩 공급되는 약제를 기화시키는 기화유닛을 포함하는 에어로졸 생성부와； 상기 주입구에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되어 주입구를 개폐하는 셔터와； 외부에서 인가되는 전원에 의해 상기 셔터를 슬라이딩시키는 셔터구동유닛과； 상기 카트리지 내에 설치되어 약제를 주입구 쪽으로 가압하는 약제가압유닛；을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
