PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo with a higher effect than conventional hair restoration shampoos comprising a somatid or a herbal medicine as a component.SOLUTION: Although a hair restoration effect in garlic was found out, as a result of additional research, particularly, a higher hair restoration effect in a natural extraction ingredient of black garlic has been found out. That is, the invention is a shampoo with a high hair restoration effect comprising a natural extraction ingredient of black garlic (2), which is derived from plants, in a soap base (10).
