The present invention relates to a composition for anti-wrinkle and anti-aging. The composition of the present invention comprising extracts of Polygonatum sibiricum roots, Dioscorea Rhizoma roots, Cistanche deserticola stems, Panax notoginseng roots, and saffron increases biosynthesis of collagen in skin cells, thereby increasing expression of collagen type 1 increasing collagen which is a main component of skin.
