The present invention relates to an implantable flexible biosensor and a method of manufacturing the same. The implantable flexible biosensor includes a needle and a jig. The needle includes a first metal film which is flexible and has conductivity, a second metal film which is flexible, has conductivity and is spaced apart from the first metal film at an interval, a working electrode formed on the first metal film, and an auxiliary electrode formed on the second metal film.
