Перевязывают участок кишки лигатурой на дренаже диаметром 8-12 мм с последующей инвагинацией перевязанной части кишки серо-серозными швами. Извлекают дренаж. Поперечный разрез передней стенки нисходящей части ДПК для наложения анастомоза с изолированной петли тощей кишки выполняют ниже проекции пальпируемого большого дуоденального сосочка на 2-3 см. 3 ил.
