The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing or reducing skin wrinkles comprising an Oxya chinensis sinuosa extract containing: a compound of chemical formula 1 or acceptable salt thereof； a compound of chemical formula 2 or acceptable salt thereof； a compound of chemical formula 3 or acceptable salt thereof； or at least one compound selected from compounds of chemical formula 1 to 3, as effective components, wherein the cosmetic composition inhibits cell damage due to ultraviolet irradiation, and remarkably inhibits the expression of MMP-1, thereby being used as cosmetics for reducing the skin wrinkles.본 발명은 화학식 1의 화합물 또는 이의 허용가능한 염； 화학식 2의 화합물 또는 이의 허용가능한 염； 화학식 3의 화합물 또는 이의 허용가능한 염； 또는 화학식 1~3의 화합물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 벼메뚜기(Oxya chinensis sinuosa) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부주름의 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 자외선 조사에 의한 세포 손상을 억제하며, MMP-1의 발현을 현저하게 억제하므로 피부주름 개선용 화장품으로 활용할 수 있다.
