PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant stump puller which can easily pull out standing plants such as left stems and roots after the harvest of tobacco from a field in good workability and hardly rolls weeds to provide a digger which can dig out plants standing on a field from their roots with the plant stump puller and to provide a method for digging out plants with the plant stump puller.SOLUTION: This plant stump puller 24 has a rotary blade 24c spun between right and left support members 24b rotatable on a lateral rotary shaft 24a, and can dig out the plants thrown out on the field from the roots. The plant stump puller can dig out the standing plants thrown out with a dozer 15 disposed in the front of a tractor with the rotated rotary blade 24c of the plant stump puller 24 disposed behind the tractor. By throwing down left stems with the dozer 15, the left stems can more easily be pulled than a case using only the digger 24, and a smooth stump-pulling work can be carried out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】たばこ収穫後の残幹と根など植立植物を圃場から抜き取り易く、雑草も巻き込み難い作業性の良い植物抜根機と該植物抜根機に用いる圃場上に植立する植物を根から掘り起こす掘起し体と前記植物抜根機を用いる植物の掘り起こし作業方法を提供すること。【解決手段】掘起し体24は左右方向の回転軸心24aを中心として回転する左右の支持部材24bの間に掛け渡したロータリー刃24cで圃場上に押し倒された植物を根から掘り起こすことができる。またトラクタの前方に設けたドーザ15で押し倒した植立植物を、トラクタの後方に設けた回転する前記掘起し体24のロータリー刃24cで押し倒された植物の根から掘り起こすことができる植物抜根機である。ドーザ15で残幹を倒しておくことにより、堀起し体24単体だけを用いるよりも残幹が引き込みやすくなり、スムーズな抜根作業を行うことができる。【選択図】図1
