A method for manufacturing a biomedical glassiness ceramic material is disclosed, in which a calcium phosphate series ceramic material and a nanometer grade titanium dioxide powder with a specified proportion of anatase type titanium dioxide structure shall be prepared firstly. Then, the calcium phosphate series ceramic material and the nanometer grade titanium dioxide powder have to be mixed to manufacture a mixing material. Following up, the mixing material shall be melted and quenched to form a biomedical glassiness. Finally, the biomedical glassiness can be further ground to manufacture a biomedical glassiness powder, which can be recrystallized after a heat treatment, so as to manufacture the biomedical glassiness ceramic material. In clinical application, the biomedical glassiness ceramic material can be further polarized to transfer to a biomedical electrified glassiness ceramic material, so as to induce the growth of bones after being implanted into human’s body.一種生醫玻璃陶瓷材料之製造方法,係先製備一磷酸鈣系陶瓷原料與一奈米級二氧化鈦粉末,且奈米級二氧化鈦粉末必須含有一預定比例之二氧化鈦銳礦型(anatase相)結晶結構,然後將磷酸鈣系陶瓷原料與奈米級二氧化鈦粉末加以混合以製作一混合原料。接著,將混合原料加以熔融與淬火,藉以形成一生醫玻璃。最後,將生醫玻璃加以研磨成一生醫玻璃粉末,並施以一熱處理而使生醫玻璃粉末再結晶,藉以形成生醫玻璃陶瓷材料。在臨床應用上,可進一步將生醫玻璃陶瓷材料予以極化而形成一生醫帶電玻璃陶瓷材料,藉以在植入人體之後,誘導骨骼生長。
