The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of colorectal cancer, containing a mixed extract of Injinho, Cordyceps sinensis, and gold and silver coin as an active ingredient. Specifically, the extracts of Injinho, Cordyceps sinensis and Geum Eunhwa of the present invention have superior colon cancer cell proliferation inhibitory effect, and have excellent antioxidant activity, and are antioxidant, induction of apoptosis, cancer suppressor protein in colorectal cancer cells as compared to the herbal extract alone.
