The device has an axial spacing unit arranged along a longitudinal axis (X) of a tooth (A) and including a male element (5) and a female element (6) placed at luting cement. The female element is supported on a dental prosthesis i.e. dental crown (2). The male element includes a threaded main body and a rectangular rod-shaped lower end supported on a main upper surface (3A) of a stub (3) of the tooth. The male and female elements are separated axially relative to each other to unseal the crown from the stub.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dentaire destiné à desceller une prothèse dentaire (2) scellée à un moignon (3) d'une dent par un ciment de scellement (4), et qui présente des moyens d'écartement axial suivant l'axe longitudinal (X) de la dent (A) qui comportent deux éléments (5, 6) agencés de façon à être disposés au niveau du ciment de scellement (4), pour l'un, en appui sur la prothèse dentaire (2) et, pour l'autre, en appui sur le moignon (3), et à s'écarter axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre pour desceller la prothèse (2) du moignon (3).
