An endoscope lens cleaning device used for removing a debris generated by surgery from an objective lens of an endoscope. The elongate sheath includes an endoscope lumen and an irrigation channel, each extending between an elongate sheath inlet end and an outlet end opposite the inlet end. Further, the wash channel is adjacent to and parallel to the endoscope lumen. The endoscope lumen and the cleaning channel are in fluid communication with each other when the endoscope lumen is empty, and when the endoscope lumen is occupied, the cleaning channel has at least one separation and an inlet. The space between the ends is fluid-tight with respect to the endoscope lumen.
