Disclosed invention relates to an electro bio-medical machine (200) for treatment and rejuvenation of human body and a method therefor. The machine (200) comprises of a switch mode power supply with filters, a keyboard (101), a display (101), a mother board (100), a digital to analog converter board (102), a plurality of amplifier boards (103), a plurality of transformers (104), a plurality of potentiometers (105), a plurality of connection sockets, a plurality of timers, a plurality of impedances response and current regulators, a security system (106) having a voltage sensor circuit and a control of ramp of potentials that are operably connected with each other. The method produces the EMR waveforms directly within the human body and employs range of carrier frequencies to match impedance of the patient™s body to deliver signals for bio-magnetic resonance field. The EMR waveforms stimulate, strengthen and recharge the patient body™s own natural L-fields. Figure 1
