A heart valve implant is disclosed herein. Heart valve implants include an expandable valve body, a shaft, a fixation assembly and an inflation (infusion) port. Also disclosed herein is a method of delivering a heart valve graft to the light-to-the heart end and the light-to-septum in the heart so that the valve body partially or completely restricts blood flow through the heart valve in a closed position.
