The present invention relates to a smart indoor disinfection apparatus. The smart indoor disinfection apparatus comprises: a disinfection device which includes a disinfection spray unit which is disposed at least one in an indoor space to spray a disinfectant into and thereby disinfect the indoor space according to conditions input by a user； and a user terminal which wirelessly communicates with the disinfection device to receive status information about the disinfection device or includes a user program installed thereon to control an operation of the disinfection device. In particular, the disinfection device includes a temperature sensor sensing a temperature of the indoor space, a humidity sensor sensing a humidity, and a dust sensor sensing a fine dust concentration, to sense an indoor condition. The disinfection device further includes a control unit which controls spraying of the disinfection spray unit when an indoor condition sensed in a state that is not a condition input by the user departs from a predetermined value. According to the present invention, when disinfecting the indoor space on a regular basis, the smart indoor disinfection apparatus senses at least one among the fine dust concentration, the temperature, and the humidity, to spray the disinfectant into the indoor space while considering environmental conditions of the indoor space.
