The pharmaceutical composition is characterized by containing 1-(1-hydroxymethyl-2,3-dihydroxypropyl)oxymethyl-2-nitroimidazole and creatinine, and containing creatinine of 0.001 to 1 part by mass with respect to 1 part by mass of 1-(1-hydroxymethyl-2,3-dihydroxypropyl)oxymethyl-2-nitroimidazole .本發明提供一種含有2-硝基咪唑衍生物之醫藥組合物,其中該2-硝基咪唑衍生物對水性載體的溶解性高且穩定性高。本發明之醫藥組合物之特徵在於:含有1-(1-羥基甲基-2,3-二羥基丙基)氧基甲基-2-硝基咪唑、及相對於該化合物1質量份為0.001~1質量份之肌酸酐。
