This invention relates to an automatic constant pressure regulation system suitable for human body and used to be connected with a human body tissue, comprising a container for receiving a liquid, a connection piping for being connected between the human body tissue and the container, a switching device connected to the connection piping and lying between a first end part and a second end part, a liquid pressure sensing device disposed to the switching device for sensing a liquid pressure of the human body tissue, a liquid level sensing device disposed to the container for sensing the liquid level of the liquid in the container, and a control module electrically connected to the switching device, the liquid pressure sensing device, and the liquid level sensing device. The connection piping has a first end part for being communicated with the human tissue and a second end part communicated with the container. When being in a first switching state, the switching device communicates the first end part, the liquid pressure sensing device without communicating the first end part and the second end part and the liquid pressure sensing device senses the liquid pressure of the human body tissue. When being in a second switching state, the switching device communicates the first end part and the second end part without communicating the first end part and the liquid pressure detection device.
