PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information storing device which is used for carrying a USB drive device for housing personal information and medical information of a person who carries the portable information storing device with first-aid medicaments and prevents the leakage of information by locking them by a combination lock.SOLUTION: The portable information storing device is equipped with a key means 11 having a cylindrical storage part in the inside, a lock means 12 for receiving the cylindrical storage part of the key means 11 detachably to secure and release the key means 11, and the USB drive device which is stored in the cylindrical storage part for storing at least the personal information and the medical information of the person who carries the portable information storing device.
