PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replant failure inhibitor for plants hardly causing autointoxication.SOLUTION: A replant failure inhibitor contains electrolytic hypochlorous acid scattered in soil to decompose a formation inhibiting substance secreted from a plant. Chemicals are scattered to cause the electrolytic hypochlorous acid to act on the soil, and the formation inhibiting substance secreted from the plant is decomposed by the electrolytic hypochlorous acid so as to be reduced or to disappear.
