The present invention relates to a dental implant system. A film having a lubricant or/and waterproof film is arranged on the whole area where a fixture and an abutment meet with each other or on a portion of the area in order to easily separate the abutment fixated on the fixture or remains of the broken abutment. The abutment can be easily separated when an implant is needed to be separated from the fixture after the implant is used for a long period of time. When a washer having spring properties is used between a joining screw and the abutment, force is imposed on the abutment by the spring properties all the time. Therefore, the abutment can be more tightly fixated； and thus the joining screw can be prevented from being broken. When the washer having locking properties is used, the joining screw is prevented from being loosened. When the washer having spring properties and locking properties is used, the joining screw is prevented from being broken and loosened.치아 임플랜트 시스템에 있어서, 픽스처에 고정되는 어버트먼트 또는 파손되어 남아있는 어버트먼트를 픽스처로부터 용이하게 분리할 수 있도록 픽스처와 어버트먼트가 서로 만나는 부분의 일부 또는 전부에 윤활 피막 또는 발수성 피막 또는 윤활성과 발수성을 동시에 갖는 피막을 두어, 임플랜트를 장기간 사용한 후 어버트먼트를 픽스처로부터 분리해야 할 필요가 있을 경우에 어버트먼트를 용이하게 분리할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.체결 나사와 어버트먼트와의 사이에 스프링 특성이 있는 와셔를 사용하면 스프링 특성에 의하여 어버트먼트가 픽스처 방향으로 항상 힘을 받게 되므로 어버트먼트의 고정이 더욱 강화 될 수 있으며, 또한 체결 나사의 파손을 방지할 수 있고, 록킹 특성이 있는 와셔를 사용하면 체결 나사의 풀림을 방지할 수 있다. 스프링 특성과 록킹 특성을 겸비한 와셔를 사용하면 체결 나사의 파손 및 풀림도 방지할 수 있다.
