This invention relates to a bone chip drill, which includes a bone chip storage part, an adapter shank part, and a drilling/cutting part. The bone chips storage portion has a first end and a second end said second end is in opposite to the first end. The adapter shank part is connected to the first end of the bone chip storage part. The drilling/cutting part is disposed at the second end of the bone chip storage part. The drilling/cutting part has a V-shaped cutting head and a positioning drilling needle, the V-shaped drilling/cutting head has a tip, and the positioning drilling needle is disposed at the tip of the V-shaped cutting head.
