PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily dress/undress a care-receiver.SOLUTION: The transfer device comprises: sole holding means for holding the soles of a care-receiver body trunk holding means that includes a trunk holding part for holding a trunk by at least one of a front holding part and side holding parts, and a back holding part, and a thigh holding part connected to the front holding part and coming into contact with thigh front faces moving means for moving the sole holding means and the body trunk holding means and control means for controlling the movement of the moving means.
