PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer highly efficiently warming liquid to a prescribed temperature with a simple configuration, and capable of effectively preventing the temperature from reaching a destruction temperature of hemocyte.SOLUTION: A warmer 80 for raising a temperature of a liquid L containing blood constituents to a prescribed temperature that does not destruct the hemocyte, includes: a heater 82 that is disposed along a warming bag 13 as a part of a liquid circuit 2 in which the liquid L passes and warms the liquid L passing through the warming bag 13 and a power supply unit 70 for supplying the heater 82 with an electric current. The heater 82 includes at least an upstream-side warming part 82 overlapped with an entrance 13b of the liquid L in the warming bag 13, and a downstream-side warming part overlapped with an exit 13c of the liquid L.
